- •1 ounce Coconut Rum
- •½ ounce Blue Raspberry Vodka
- •1 ounce Pineapple Juice
Instructions

Combine your Coconut Rum and pineapple juice in a glass filled with ice. Shake the mixture well.

Drizzle a splash of Grenadine into the bottom of the shot glass.

Strain ¾ of the rum and pineapple mixture into a shot glass using the back of a large spoon to slow down the flow of the liquid and to prevent the layers from mixing.
