  • 1/2 egg white
  • Angostura bitters
Garnish: Angostura bitters

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to your shaker.

  2. 2

Dry shake first to activate the egg white.

  3. 3

Add ice and shake again for 10-15 seconds.

  4. 4

Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.

  5. 5

Garnish with several drops of bitters.

Pro Tip

For an extra frothy Pisco Sour, make sure to dry shake the ingredients without ice first. This helps the egg white to emulsify, giving your cocktail that perfect creamy top. And don't be shy with the bitters; they add a beautiful aromatic finish!
