Ingredients

  • 2-3 lychees
  • 1 1/2 shots vodka
  • 1/2 shot lychee liqueur
  • 1/2 shot honey syrup
  • 3/4 shot fresh lemon juice
  • 1 floating lychee
Garnish: 1 floating lychee

Instructions

    Muddle the lychees in the bottom of your shaking tin.

    Add the rest of the ingredients.

    Shake hard for 10-15 seconds.

    Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.

    Float the lychee garnish on top.
